Every year, the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA) prepares various reports on car accident statistics all across the United States. Recently, the GHSA has released its findings for 2018. A notable finding from last year is the high rate of pedestrian deaths from car accidents. The report found that the number of pedestrian deaths that occurred in 2018 is at the highest it has been since 1990.
